Trưng Trắc High-Speed Ferry to Phú Quý

Trưng Trắc is currently the largest high-speed ferry operating the Phan Thiết – Phú Quý route, with a capacity of 598 seats, including:

• 30 VIP seats
• 176 ECO seats (upper deck)
• 392 ECO seats (lower deck)

The ferry can reach a maximum speed of 35 nautical miles per hour (the fastest twin-hull ferry in Vietnam). At 80% engine capacity (28 nautical miles/hour), it takes only 2 hours to travel the 56-nautical-mile route from Phan Thiết to Phú Quý. The vessel is built to withstand level-7 sea waves, making it well-suited for the sometimes rough waters of the region.

Constructed in Vietnam, the ferry is made of reinforced aluminum alloy and measures 47 meters long and 12 meters wide. It features:

Superdong Phú Quý I is a high-speed ferry currently operating on the Phan Thiết – Phú Quý route, with a capacity of 306 passengers. Its features and amenities are designed to ensure a comfortable and seasickness-reducing journey for travelers.

The ferry was built with an investment of approximately USD 2 million, meets international standards, and is 100% newly built and imported from Malaysia. With a cruising speed of 26–28 nautical miles/hour, all cabins are air-conditioned and equipped with comfortable seats, LCD TVs, restrooms, a VIP section, as well as an audio-video system for onboard entertainment. Each ferry also has a mini bar serving snacks and beverages.
